Bleach Sterilization Experiments II
tags: micropropagation - tissue cultureThis picks up from the previous post on tissue culture experiments - but this time we do it right (bought a pH meter).
The Recipe (200ml)
The recipe is slightly modified but overall the same just doubled.
- 200ml Water
- 0.10ml BAP (1mg/ml)
- 0.02ml NAA (1mg/ml)
- 1ml Bleach Sterilization Dilution
- 1g MS Medium
- 1.2g Agar
- 4g Sucrose
DO NOT forget your pH meter!
Notes: Agar volume can be decreased to 1g for a less firm medium.
